We have a fantastic part-time opportunity for a candidate to join a company in Hemel Hempstead.
Based in the Maylands Industrial Area, this company are currently going through some changes and they are very busy, looking for someone to come in and support the team as an Office Assistant on an ongoing temporary basis.
The main duties of this role will be to support the team in an administrative capacity, so helping with a number of projects as well as other duties like taking in the post and allocating it to the team, greeting any visitors as well as anything else to help the team.
This position is offering very flexible working hours and days, they would need this person to be in the offices based in the Maylands area; open to any shape and size of working pattern. This could be ideal for someone trying to fit hours between school hours or just someone that's looking to reduce their days/hours.
With this being temporary work, it will be weekly pay every Friday and at an hourly rate between £11.50 to £12 per hour for the right person.
Duties to include:
- Various administration/data entry projects across the office/team
- Sorting/allocating post to the team
- Greeting visitors to the office
- There is room for this role to grow and take on new duties/projects in the coming weeks for someone with the right proactive attitude
Candidate requirements:
- Previous administration experience would be a huge bonus
- Good communication skills and the ability to communicate well and work within a team
- Have a basic knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
- Strong use of initiative
- A true team player and confident
- Available to meet and start work as soon as possible or within the coming weeks
