As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of a busy department. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing reception cover with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Handling ad hoc administration tasks efficiently
- Managing incoming and outgoing post
- Ordering stationery and provisions to ensure a well-stocked office
- Arranging and setting up meeting rooms
- Assisting other departments as needed
They are looking for a candidate who possesses:
- Previous office support experience

- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organisational and efficiency skills
