My client, a large, well-known educational organisation, with headquarters based in Central London, seek an Office Junior to join one of it’s busy team.
This role is responsible for administering all activities surrounding customer service and and the onternal database.
Main duties will include;
To provide excellent customer service by answering telephone and email queries with accurate and concise information in a polite manner.
Provide tailored advice and guidance to customers on the organisations application processes.
Data entry, updating and maintaining all levels of individual records on the internal database
Assist with administering the online forms as required.
Process expenses using the in-house system.
This is a hybrid role, and the ideal applicant will have some admin or customer service experience.
Starting salary is 22.5K plus excellent benefits
