We are delighted to be representing a cutting-edge client based in Newport. They are currently looking to recruit an Office Manager to join their growing team here in the UK. Being at the forefront of developing innovative solutions for the agriculture industry, they are looking for an individual to help them reshape the future of agriculture.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage facility operations with a focus on efficiency and a conducive work environment.
- Spearhead HR administration, including meticulous onboarding processes, payroll management, recruitment initiatives, and internal staff relations.
- Coordinate logistics activities with external partners, serving as the primary contact for issues related to Accounting, HR, and Debt Collection.
- Manage the ordering and delivery of finished goods from the parent company, ensuring a seamless process.
- Implement and maintain inventory management and control procedures.
- Collaborate closely with the Global Finance & Legal department to ensure alignment with local performance objectives.
- Handle customer tickets and general administrative duties with precision and attention to detail.
Requirements:
- A meticulous and logical mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- A passion for team building and fostering a positive work environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- The ability to work in a structured and independent manner.
- Strong work ethics and a proactive attitude.
- Background in agriculture or experience in a tech start-up or scale-up is advantageous.
- A genuine passion for sustainability.
- Experienced within office management or equivalent.
- Excellent IT skills, including experience with Xero.
