Job Summary:
We are seeking a competent Office Manager to oversee daily operations and manage administrative staff. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong leadership skills to ensure the smooth running of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate office activities and operations
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Oversee administrative staff and allocate responsibilities
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
- Handle scheduling, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Maintain a safe and secure working environment
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an office management role
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of human resources practices and procedures
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Clerical and administrative skills
- Team management and supervising experience
- Proficient in phone etiquette
