Office Manager
Part Time - 3 / 4 days per week
Salary up to £30k DOE
Commutable from Glastonbury, Burnham on Sea, Weston Super Mare, Highbridge, Cheddar, Wells, Mark

My client is based near Brent Knoll and is an independent company providing specialist engineering services and support within the water treatment Industry.
 This is a newly create role where the successful Office Manager will work alongside the Operations Director supporting the Directors and managing a small, but bustling office.

My client is seeking a Candidate who is comfortable working either 3 or 4 days per week.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is seeking A Part time role, that offers a variety of tasks and responsibility on a daily basis  
 
Office Manager Roles and Responsibilities include:
·Managing Day to Day Operational Requirements
·Coordinate IT Support
·Manage Phone contracts & Company Vehicles
·Internal auditing and accreditations
·H&S Support
·HR Support and company Inductions
·Management support of Sage Accounts
·Monthly management reports
 
Experience / Skills Required:
·Excellent people management skills
·A knowledge of Sage would be desirable.
·Knowledge of ISO9001:2015
·Experience managing / supervising an office environment
