Our client is a developer and producer of silver-based antimicrobial surface treatments and biocompatible coatings for medical implants. Situated in the Harwell Campus.
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, with a strong sub-reporting line to the Chief Finance Officer, this role demands a proactive individual with a keen eye for detail and a flair for independent decision-making.
Responsibilities include:
- Management of customer invoicing and supplier purchase orders
- Implementation of debtor and credit control measures
- Streamlining general office administration and providing comprehensive business support
- Oversight of facilities management and landlord-tenant affairs
- Administration of bank accounts and invoicing, including monthly reconciliation returns
- Coordination of employee administration and payroll services
- Facilitation of customer product transportation, including import/export documentation
- Conducting supplier audit checks and assisting with finance audits
- Management of EC sales returns and coordination of company events
- Proficiency in Sage50 and numerical analysis
- Demonstrated initiative in office management and business improvement initiatives
- Adherence to quality management systems and exceptional interpersonal skills
- Fluency in foreign languages, particularly French, would be advantageous
