This small but reputable and well established independent Commodity Trading company based in the heart of Mayfair is looking for an Office Manager to play a vital role in running the office and supporting the wider team. The office consists of 12 people but is continuing to grow so it is a very exciting time to join the business. It can be a fast paced and pressurized environment at times but they are a really nice bunch of people and there is a real family feel to the business. You will report into a senior EA who is absolutely charming and will be a great person to work alongside. This is an entirely new role that you can carve out and make your own and there is lots to get involved with. They are due to move offices within their current building this year so someone who is eager to take ownership of this would be great. They will also need someone to support with HR processes, such as onboarding new joiners etc, and who can provide ad hoc assistant to the wider team and help book travel and trouble shot where needs be. As such a proactive, muck in attitude is required.
They do not need someone with years of experience but instead are happy to have someone with 2-4 years office admin/assistant/management experience for whom this would be an exciting next step. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, dependable, trustworthy and adaptable individual who can handle multiple tasks with precision and professionalism. Working Hours: 8.30am – 4.30pm and this role is offices based 5 days a week.
