Position Overview: As the Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of their administrative functions. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day office activities, managing administrative staff, and supporting various departments within the organisation. Key Responsibilities: Efficiently manage office operations, including administrative tasks, office supplies, and facilities. Supervise and lead administrative staff, providing guidance and support as needed. Collaborate with different departments to streamline processes and enhance overall organizational efficiency. Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls, ensuring timely and professional communication.
