We have a fantastic opportunity with a full service law firm who are looking for an Office Manager/Executive Assistant to support their London office on an ongoing basis.

Job Description:
- Liaising with landlords & cleaning staff for both admin purposes and to ensure office is run in alignment with sustainability goals
- Ensuring Ignition complies with health & safety and Fire regulations
- Ordering office supplies in alignment with sustainability goals
- Welcoming visitors
- Ensuring office is tidy and organised (encouraging an internal culture of responsibility within the team to ensure it is kept to a high standard)
- Managing register for office supplies given to staff (keys, laptops etc.)
- Assisting the team with organisation of social events
- Managing any works on site/handyman visits
- Liaise with HR on employee matters and assist with onboarding of new team members
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Managing meeting room diary
- Managing monthly events and webinars
Experienced Required: Previous experience in a similar role in office management is desirable.

Pay: Competitive pay rate
Days: To be worked on a part-time basis - 3 days in office required
Start Date/Duration: ASAP on an ongoing basis
IT Equipment: Your own laptop is required, however, this can be provided if necessary
