We are currently seeking an experienced Office Manager to join ?????? ????????????, a leading building company in the west End. As the Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's London office and provide support to their regional offices.

?? Key Responsibilities ??

Working closely with ??????????????????, you will take charge of various office management and administrative tasks. Your main responsibilities will include:

? General administrative duties such as typing letters, documents, reports, and specifications.

? Ensuring all outgoing documents are correctly formatted and aligned with our brand guidelines.

? Assisting with bid material setup and production using InDesign.

? Acting as the go-to person for fire safety and health and safety matters in the office.

? Conducting thorough staff inductions on company processes and procedures.

? Managing office supplies and stationary, ensuring availability at all times.

? Being the point of contact for clients, external collaborators, and visitors.

? Providing exceptional PA support to the London management team.

? Managing diaries, scheduling internal and external meetings for senior staff.

? Coordinating training and development activities, including course bookings.

? Maintaining equipment and managing PPE for the team.

? Collaborating with HR to maintain office policies and procedures.

? Overseeing office equipment and working closely with the IT department.

? Managing relationships with vendors, service providers, and the landlord.

? Designing and implementing efficient filing systems.

? Ensuring a safe and healthy working environment for employees.

? Managing office fees, invoicing, and expense tracking.

? Assisting with workload and resource tracking for local staff.
