Job description

Barchester have a rare opportunity for a PA to join our fantastic team in London. You will work closely with directors across the business, the executive team, and assistants to provide an effective and efficient administrative service, whilst supporting corporate events throughout the year.
This is a hybrid role, working between our head office in central London, and home. You will join a phenomenal team who will support you throughout your time with Barchester.
NEED TO HAVE:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Previous experience in either a personal or team assistant position, or looking to progress from an admin position
Strong relationship building stills
Good attention to detail
NEED TO DO:
Provide comprehensive administrative support for the directors within the team
Assist in collating all the necessary KPI's and related performance metrics for the team
Diary management for the team, including planning and organising meetings
Ensure that the best use of the director's time is made to keep travel as efficient as possible
Note taking at meetings as and when required
Book travel and accommodation in accordance with the Barchester expenses policy
Consider alternative ways in which meetings can take place including Zoom and conference calling
Process director's expenses on a monthly basis
Produce and deliver team communications
Assisting with the director's email inbox
