Office Manager - Surfacing - Construction
£30,000 - £40,000 (DOE)
Harrow, Greater London
Duties:
- Be the first point of contact for incoming calls and visitors
- Ensure key communication is passed to relevant team members
- Manage key suppliers & build relationships
- Procure materials on behalf of managers
- Basic HR tasks; manage calendars, annual leave, timesheets etc.
- Collate & file supplier delivery notes
- Admin to H&S Management
- Support project managers with travel, accommodation, crew, & transport bookings
- Basic PA duties for directors
Requirements:
- Proven Office Management experience
- Experience within a Construction Company Ideally Civils/Groundworks
- Proficient in Microsoft products
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Discrete & Trustworthy
- Able to work quickly & efficiently
- Able to multi-task
- Customer service orientated & personable
- Attention to detail
