Basic salary: £27,000 - £35,000 per year (DOE)

We are looking for an efficient and organised Office Manager who will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the office runs seamlessly. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses excellent organisational and communication skills, and can adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Responsibilities:
· Office Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring a well-organised and efficient work environment.
· Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to legal professionals and staff, including document preparation, scheduling, and correspondence.
· Facilities Management: Manage office facilities, including space planning, maintenance, and supplies procurement.
· Team Coordination: Collaborate with different teams within the firm to facilitate communication and streamline processes.
· Budget Management: Assist in budget planning and monitor expenses related to office operations.
· Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure optimal service delivery and cost-effectiveness.
· Technology Support: Work with IT support to ensure the smooth functioning of office technology and equipment.
· Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and contribute to the development and implementation of policies.
Ideal Candidate:
· Proven experience as an Office Manager.
· Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
