Office Operations Coordinator (Part-Time)
Role: Office Operations Coordinator
Specialisms: Office/Business Administration, Payroll, Diary Management, Business Coordination
Type: Contract, Part-Time (3 days per week)
Duration: 6 Months (Initial Duration)
Location: Manchester
Start: ASAP/Urgent
Pay Rate: £15 - £25 per hour (20 hours per week)
IR35 Determination: Inside IR35 (Umbrella)
Office Operations Coordinator (Part-Time)
Role Responsibilities
* Acting front of house (e.g. receiving visitors, deliveries)
Office administration, including:
- Processing payroll for, and fielding issues with on call, liaising with finance to solve any on-call payroll issues
- Assistance & administration as needed for Manchester leadership team
- H&S First Aid & Fire liaison
- Building management, maintenance, & supplies liaison
- Meeting room / seating administration
* On and off boarding staff when required
* Ensuring building access is granted in the right time frames
* Supporting IT department with onboarding sessions
* Delegate for procurement of office supplies
* Fielding IT / hardware issues within team, liaison with IT team and onsite IT Manager
* Office committee role alongside leadership & workplace experience team
* HR liaison for visa renewals, on-boarding issues
* Post and correspondence handling
* Carpark administration and management
* Office consumables management and restocking when required
Required Skills & Experience
* Strong communication skills both written and verbal -
* Confident and out-going persona
* Able to work on a part-time basis
* A proactive individual who takes the initiative to address issues, improve processes, and contribute positively to the workplace culture.
* Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and handle a variety of tasks simultaneously.
* Ability to build and manage relationships with employees in different business areas.
* Highly organised to manage diverse responsibilities.
* Working and liaising with 30-70 office-based colleagues
* Able to work in a matrix management structure.
* Alignment with the company's values and a genuine interest in contributing to the development of a positive and enthusiastic office culture.
