Online English Teacher

A well established Online English Language School and Cambridge English Exam Preparation Centre The White Apple is looking for a English teacher experienced in teaching very young learners from 3yo+ as well as C1 adults, to teach English on Zoom.

You need to be a good communicator and a very confident PC and Zoom user. You also need to be well organised, dynamic, reliable, committed and, of course, passionate about teaching! We have well structured training procedures and provide all teaching materials.

Over the last few years we have built a strong team of highly experienced and qualified teachers. All our teachers have had some experience in teaching on Zoom for large organisations, therefore they all know and understand the uniqueness of the online teaching market which is highly influenced by international competition, and how it differs (in format, costings and especially in fees) from in-class teaching.

Ideally, we're looking for a teacher who can commit to a minimum of a 9 month contract with the opportunity to gradually build up a timetable to their desired capacity, with approx 2-3 hours of online training beforehand. We are very flexible and can work around your availability but we need permanent time slots throughout the week.

We currently have a high demand for very young learners and would like a teacher who is comfortable teaching that age.

Salary and Benefits

Compensation:
We pay £6.50 (no homework) - 7.50 (with homework) for a single lesson 25min, £12.00-13.00 for a double 50 min lesson and £16.50-17.50 for a triple 75min lesson. Lesson fees include brief lesson reports.
Group lessons are paid at £14.00-24.00ph
