A growing Wealth & Asset Management business based in London are looking for an Operational Resilience & Business Continuity Manager to join their Risk team in a newly created role that will be integral part of the team as the business continues to expand.
Main Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain a Business Continuity strategy for the business.
- Create and maintain a Business Continuity Handbook and documentation of the Crisis Management Team.
- Performs and coordinates the activities of the Crisis Management Team
- Checks the compliance with the Business Continuity directive and specific local guidelines
- Ensure that the organisation is compliant against FCA rule and regulations.
Job Requirements:
- Several years experience working within a similar Business Continuity Management and Operational Resilience role, ideally from within an wealth or asset management business.
- Knowledge of the basic ISO standards of IT security and Business Continuity Management.
- Knowledge of the FCA rules on Op Resilience and experience of their practical application.
- Know the business and IT processes involved at the local entity business operations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
