AddressWe are currently looking for an Operational Risk analyst to join our team, based in our London office.
This key role within the business will be to support the maintenance of the Operational Risk framework for both the UK and international business, reporting directly into the Head of Operational Risk and Resilience and working with all operational functions across the business.
In this role your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Risk Reporting: collating Operational Risk related MI, monitoring of action plans through to completion and playing an active part in risk committees and working groups
- Supporting with the implementation and maintenance of systems, policies and procedures
- Complete risk analysis in line with policy
- Provide training and running workshops to all relevant risk owners and SME’s as required.
- Engaging with key stake holders across all areas of the business and build on these both formal and informal working relationships.
To be successful in this role you will need to have a good understanding of financial services regulatory requirements and proven knowledge of Operational Risk and resilience with some outsourcing and business continuity being an additional benefit.
The right candidate will have experience within the financial services or Insurance sector, possess strong organisational skills and be an effective communicator – both written and verbal, with an interest being self-motivated and keen to deliver.
