We're looking for a detail-oriented professional with experience in working in an office-based or similar administration role.

Your responsibilities will include handling inbound and outbound communications through various formats, including telephone and email.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately handle a range of daily administrative tasks involving operational forecasts, collections bookings & consumable orders & delivery
  • Regularly communicate with other internal departments, customers & mailing houses
  • Print labels for mailing houses and despatch via carrier
  • Handle return mail and record details of sent items
  • Support the Operations Manager & Operations Director on any projects & developments
  • Provide support across all areas of Posthub, especially account management

Working Hours

The working hours for this Operations Administrator role are Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:30.

Essential Skills
  • Excellent and confident communicator, both verbally and in writing.
  • Proficient in working with software programs such as Word and Excel.
  • Ability to convey complex information effectively, influencing and gaining commitment from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Quick understanding of client requirements, project sponsor expectations, and technical staff/vendor capabilities.
  • Effective management of competing drivers to deliver a balanced solution.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, adept at prioritising workloads and meeting multiple deadlines.
  • Efficient time management to achieve daily and weekly tasks promptly.
  • Consistent production of accurate work with a high level of attention to detail, even under pressure.
  • Right first-time mentality.
  • Rapid learning of various internal systems.
