SALARY: £22,000 - £25,000 plus uncapped commission

PERMANENT

WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm

Vacancy - Operations Administrator

ESS Employment Ltd are looking to employ an Operation Administrator to work with our established client.

Duties:

• Reliable and self motivated candidate who is willing to learn and work as part of our team.
• Good customer service skills
• Liaising with customers and the operations team
• Route and delivery planning
• Dealing with customer queries
• Checking paperwork
• Sales Calls
• Liaise with suppliers

Skills:

• Computer literate
• Good telephone manner
• Self-motivated, confident, enthusiastic with good initiative
• Good communication skills
• Good level of literacy

Full training in all aspects of the work will be available including using the operating system.
