They are seeking a reliable Operations Administrator to join their team on a full time and permanent basis. The successful candidate will undertake a variety of administrative tasks, manage data entry to internal database systems, and support the Portfolio Manager in meeting reporting requirements.
Day to Day of the role:
Input data into system and ensure accurate synchronisation between different internal systems.
Manage the download of weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
Standardise document management, particularly concerning property deeds.
Draft contracts and facilitate onboarding to enable two-step verification of contracts.
Make income and tenure adjustments as required.
Handle general office administration, including responding to incoming business calls.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience as a data entry administrator, office administrator, or similar role is desirable but not essential.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workloads effectively.
Competency in MS Office, particularly strong Microsoft Excel skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
