AddressWe are currently looking to recruit an experienced Administrator to support our busy cold store operation. This role will be working on a rotating day shift pattern, working a 2-week rotation, the first week you will work a pattern of 06.00hrs to 14.00hrs, the second week you will work 12.00hrs to 20.00hrs. Shift pay is applicable in addition to the base salary where relevant.
Responsibilities:
To support the site activities with any necessary clerking and administration duties
Booking in of stock on the cold store bay
Overseeing stock location accuracy within the system
Ensuring that the company policies regarding Quality (ISO 9001), Environment (ISO14001), Health and Safety etc. are implemented and always maintained. Including all standards & procedures required by accrediting bodies i.e. BRC, DQMP etc
Create reports for management
Requirements:
Previous experience of Administration, preferably in an operational / logistics environment
Good communication skills, both written and verbal as you will be required to liaise with all levels of management, hauliers, customers and third parties
Good level of computer literacy inc. Windows packages and email
