In this role you will be part of a team who schedule, coordinate and manage dairies for engineers throughout the UK. Welcome applications from individuals with experience and those who are just starting their career. Training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with Engineers, managing their workload and dairy.
- Order equipment.
- Book travel arrangements and hotels.
- Report to the operations manager.
- Manage own workload.
Desired Experience:
- Previous administrative experience although not essential.
- Computer competent.
- Good communication skills.
- Can do attitude.
