Operations Administrator

Operations Administrator, Ringwood, £12ph, temporary to permanent, START ASAP:

Are you an experienced Operations Administrator looking for a new challenge in the Ringwood area? We have an exciting opportunity to join a fast growing business which requires your support during a busy period.

As an Operations Administrator you will be:

• Scanning and uploading surveyor paperwork to the companies database
• Working closely with engineers and customers arranging appointments over the phone
• Supporting and organising appointments
• Dealing with contractual paperwork
• Taking payments over the phone

As an Operations Administrator you will need:

• Experience in a similar role which required a strong eye for detail and coordination
• Good IT skills including Microsoft Excel experience
• A confident ‘can do’ attitude as you will be liaising with different stakeholders
