Are you an experienced Operations Administrator looking for a new challenge in the Ringwood area? We have an exciting opportunity to join a fast growing business which requires your support during a busy period.
As an Operations Administrator you will be:
- Scanning and uploading surveyor paperwork to the companies database
- Working closely with engineers and customers arranging appointments over the phone
- Supporting and organising appointments
- Dealing with contractual paperwork
- Taking payments over the phone
As an Operations Administrator you will need:
- Experience in a similar role which required a strong eye for detail and coordination
- Good IT skills including Microsoft Excel experience
- A confident can do attitude as you will be liaising with different stakeholders
