Reed is working with a large brand based in Hemel Hempstead who are seeking a capable and upbeat Operations Administrator to join the busy team supporting different projects.
The Role:
- Collaborate with project and service managers.
- Providing administrative support to your designated team
- Project Support
- Schedule installations and Maintenace requirements
- Handle incoming calls and enquiries.
- Manage inboxes.
- Diary Management
- Liaise with parties to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document typing.
Key Skills:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good MS Excel
- Able to work in a high-pressure environment.
- Enjoy dealing with people.
The hours: Monday - Friday 9am -17.00pm (30-minute lunch) The location: Hemel Hempstead, plenty of onsite parking The salary: £26,000 - £28,000 depending on experience.
