SalaryBerry Recruitment are looking for an Operations Administrator to join one of the UK's leading providers of international freight and transport logistics services based in Nursling.
This is a permanent role working Monday to Friday 08:30-17:30 and a salary of £25,000.
You will be working in a busy office environment completing tasks using computer systems and liaising with the warehouse team to ensure goods are correctly stored and delivered on time.
Main Duties:
- Locating of goods within the warehouse computer system
- Using Excel spreadsheets
- Liaising with warehouse staff
- Booking of trailer/container collections onto computer system
- Produce shipping documentation for outbound shipments
- Booking and organising collections of landings with suppliers and courier companies
Full training will be given on all aspects of this role!
Requirements:
- Administration experience is essential
- Experience using Microsoft Office particularly Excel is desirable
- Good telephone manner
- Attention to detail
