Our client is looking for an Operations Coordinator for a permanent position, located in Aberdeen.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Set up hire orders in the rental database so as to produce appropriate dispatch paperwork
- Formulate proforma invoices, stating weights, dimensions and replacement values for equipment being shipped internationally for rental
- Produce cargo summaries; stating weights, dimensions and replacement values for equipment being dispatched locally for rental
- Compile reports with regards to various forms of equipment inspections carried out by staff.
- Generate customer on-hire reports and send on a weekly basis so as to show equipment remaining on-hire
- Update weekly client spreadsheet stating items on-hire, relevant rig, detailing client owned equipment returned or in storage
- Stocktaking– Assisting with locating assets during stock audits by means of historical checks on movements of same
- Liaising with both clients and yard team respectively with regards to current and upcoming hires and hire returns
- Assisting Operations Manager when needed
- Participate in on-call rotation
REQUIREMENTS
- Good operational and technical experience
- Good knowledge of Mooring equipment
- Experience with NAVISION
- Effective/competent MS Office Suite User
- High level of communication skills both written and verbal
