Permanent Opportunity

Location – Maidenhead – Hybrid/Flexible- free parking onsite

Salary –£26,500 Negotiable DOE

My client, a recognised leader in their field, is looking for a highly organised Operations Coordinator to join their growing team based in Maidenhead. This role is a permanent role working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

Role duties:

  • Liaising with clients and third parties
  • Processing applications
  • Chasing and updating clients
  • Dealing with queries and complaints
  • Supporting other members of the company with administrative tasks and chasing
  • Dealing with enquiries
  • Update and maintain customer database
  • Other administrative tasks

Essential criteria:

  • Previous administration/coordination experience
  • Able to prioritise workload
  • Highly organised
  • Good attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills (you will be speaking to people face to face and on the phone)
  • Confident, professional and helpful
  • Focused on providing an excellent service to customers
