As a successful and rapidly expanding organisation, we are now seeking an Operations Delivery Supervisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing a team and driving efficient operations and top-notch service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations and supervise a multidisciplinary team to ensure on-time delivery of services.
• Implement strategies and systems to improve processes and productivity while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Manage project timelines, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure efficient workflow and meet company targets.
• Troubleshoot project obstacles and coordinate with stakeholders to find solutions.
• Conduct regular team meetings to discuss operational performance, project progress and issues.
• Create and provide reports to upper management on operational activities and project progress.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Responsible for hiring, training and performance appraisals for team members.

Person Specification:

• Previous experience in an operational or project management role
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Proven ability to manage a team and drive performance
• Working knowledge of industry regulations and operational principles
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office suite
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
