As a successful and rapidly expanding organisation, we are now seeking an Operations Delivery Supervisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing a team and driving efficient operations and top-notch service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations and supervise a multidisciplinary team to ensure on-time delivery of services.
- Implement strategies and systems to improve processes and productivity while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Manage project timelines, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure efficient workflow and meet company targets.
- Troubleshoot project obstacles and coordinate with stakeholders to find solutions.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss operational performance, project progress and issues.
- Create and provide reports to upper management on operational activities and project progress.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Responsible for hiring, training and performance appraisals for team members.
Person Specification:
- Previous experience in an operational or project management role
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Proven ability to manage a team and drive performance
- Working knowledge of industry regulations and operational principles
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office suite
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
