About the Role:
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all departments
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve targets
- Oversee project delivery, ensuring high-quality and timely completion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of talented professionals
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational processes and performance
Skills and Experience:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven experience as an Operations Director or a similar leadership position
- Strong understanding of the construction industry and sub contracting operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels
- Proven track record of delivering results and driving business growth
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
- Relevant qualifications in operations management or a related field
