OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE - PARTNERSHIPS SEGMENT- £37,500 - £42,000 - MANCHESTER OR LONDON OR BIRMINGHAM - HYBRID - PERMANENT
This is a niche specialist Engineering Insurance Organisation which forms part of a Global Insurer - What a great organisation to be part of!
You will be part of the team responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships. As a member of the Partnerships team, this position will centre on assisting with the operational management and governance of the segment.Build, develop and maintain professional and personal contacts with Partners to enhance integration of HSB products and services.
Managing internal and external stakeholder interaction you will ensure consistency and implement operations solutions and enhance integration of your product and services.  You will actively manage and update entries on the CRM system including oversight of audit and regulatory reviews, manage the monitoring and tracking of Partner performance in line with agreed KPIs including audits, reviews, and due diligence monitoring and meet/exceed targets set as part of the Partnership Segment business plan as well as assist with the oversight of bordereaux submissions including monitoring.
An understanding of the  Insurance market, Governance and project management is key to your success within this role.  If you have previous experience of Delegated Underwriting Arrangements and or Reinsurance Treaties and previous experience of negotiating commercial contracts - even better!
