Salary: Salary £26,000 to £28,000 depending on experience + potential bonus + other fantastic benefits

Driven by innovation and quality, Nespresso Professional has ambitious plans to expand its business within the OOH sector across the UK & I and is looking for a B2B Sales & Operations Executive to support our mission. You’ll be responsible for working cross-functionally to help boost sales, customer experience and Nespresso Professional brand visibility within the HORECA & Office Channels.


A day in the life of a Sales & Operations Executive

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Identify and create sales opportunities within our current customer base.
  • Follow up on lead generation activities and schedule appointments for the field sales team.
  • Provide first class customer service to our customers.
  • Run targeted campaigns in conjunction with marketing.
  • Ensure brand visibility standards are adhered to and up-to-date support materials are offered and refreshed in line with our latest guidelines.
  • Administration & sales support within the Channels including reporting & sales system management.
  • Contribute to the improvement of processes, organisational capability and lead generation in UK market.

  • Experience in a customer facing role delivering excellent customer service is essential.
  • Results-orientated and proven track record for consistently exceeding business objectives
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently as part of a fast-paced team.
  • Good time management, attention to detail plus a sense of responsibility and accountability.
  • Problem-solving capabilities.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Able to establish and maintain effective relationships cross-functionally.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with intermediate Excel skills.
  • Prior sales experience would be beneficial.
