About Us:
Domino’s Pizza, a global leader in the quick-service restaurant industry, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Finance Operations Manager to join our team. As a Finance Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial excellence, cost control, and revenue optimization across our franchise system.
Role Purpose:
- Strategy Alignment: Align with Domino’s strategy to support franchisees and enhance profitability.
- Franchisee Support: Provide financial insights to guide franchisees on revenue generation and cost management.
- Business Partnership: Collaborate with senior members of the Franchise Operations Team (FOP) and take ownership of the Operations Cost Center and Joint Venture partners’ P&L.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize quality analysis and clear presentations to improve Domino’s and franchisees’ profitability.
Main Areas of Responsibility:
Franchisee Profitability:
- Own franchisee profitability, from accurate P&L submissions to business partnering with the FOP team.
- Analyze, interpret, and translate P&L portal data into clear trends and insights regarding franchisee P&L profitability. Report findings to the Leadership Team (LT) and directly to franchise partners.
- Produce accurate forecasts and budgets for franchisee profitability, supporting central DPG decision-making and strategic implications related to franchisee support.
- Drive actionable insights for revenue generation and cost control.
Monthly Reporting and Analysis:
- Enhance the monthly reporting pack containing franchise and store performance insights. Provide this information to the FOP team and senior stakeholders within the business.
- Conduct audits of franchisee P&L submissions to ensure data accuracy.
- Support city announcements with relevant details related to franchise operations.
Business Partner Support:
- Collaborate with the entire FOP team, providing financial analysis during franchisee meetings.
- Resolve franchisee queries and drive necessary actions.
- Assist the Operations Director as needed.
Operations Cost Centre:
- Take ownership of the Operations Cost Centre P&L.
- Produce accurate forecasts and budgets, engaging with cost center owners.
- Identify risks and opportunities related to cost management.
Qualifications:
- Completion or part completiton of a finaincial qualification
- Minimum 2 years of experience in finance, preferably in a franchise or retail environment.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
