We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to spearhead the transformation of operations within our newly created organization. In addition to managing strategic programs and initiatives, this individual  will play a key role as a central point of coordination within the team supporting the management team, and overseeing various administrative functions critical to the organization's success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Program Management: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic programs aimed at transforming operations and driving organizational growth. Develop program roadmaps, establish key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure alignment with business objectives.

  • Operations Transformation: Drive operational transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency, streamline processes, and optimize resource utilization. Identify opportunities for improvement across functional areas and implement solutions to drive operational excellence.

  • Administrative Oversight: Perform functions to ensure the smooth day to day operations of the team, including oversight of administrative processes, , vendor relationships, and regulatory compliance. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, department heads, and external partners. Collaborate closely to understand business needs, gather requirements, and drive alignment on key initiatives.

  • Financial Management: Partner with our COO organization to manage budgets, resources, and financials associated with strategic programs and administrative functions. Monitor expenditures, track financial performance, and optimize resource allocation to maximize value and minimize costs.

  • Change Management: Drive change management efforts to ensure successful implementation of operational transformation initiatives. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, address concerns, and facilitate adoption of new processes and technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) preferred.  

  • Proven experience in program management, with a track record of successfully leading complex initiatives from inception to completion.

  • Strong understanding of operations management principles, with experience in driving operational transformation initiatives within organizations.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.

  • Financial acumen and experience managing budgets, resources, and financials associated with strategic programs.

  • Change management expertise, with the ability to drive organizational change and facilitate adoption of new processes and technologies.

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically, solve problems, and drive innovative solutions to achieve business objectives.
