Operations Manager - 12 Month FTC
£45,000 to £50,000+ Per Annum + Bonus
Location: Surrey, travel required
Experience required:
• Strong Leadership and Management proven track record, of delivering a service operation through field-based teams in a fast paced, safe environment.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple supplier relationships, with a customer focused, results driven environment.
• Experience of installing Draught Dispense Systems an advantage
• Knowledge of the Drinks Industry and/or draught beer/drinks dispense systems
• Prior experience of managing large volumes of activities or managing large scale operations.
• System experience within a recognised CRM system with experience of implementing system developments an advantage.
• Excellent PC skills; Excel (advanced); Word & PowerPoint (proficient)
Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for delivery of the day-to-day provision of draught technical services, supplied through a directly employed team of technical representatives, ensuring the service is provided cost effectively and adhering to the required technical specifications and Health & Safety policy.
• Accountable for the performance, and ongoing development of the In-House Draught Technical Representative team, ensuring delivery against all service KPI’s are met.
• Responsible for applying necessary effective management processes and procedures, such as KPI reporting, for both individual and team performances, delivered through review meetings, and compliance with company policies and process’s.
• Continue to build the strong relationships with the relevant On-Trade Sales teams, fostering the environment of collaboration on projects to drive mutual benefits for all parties.
• Responsible for recommending and implementing operational initiatives, agreed with the Draught Operations Contract Manager, to drive continuous improvement which increase service performance, improve draught quality and/or reduce operational costs including
