- Act as a key member of the Leadership Team, accountable for operational performance reporting.
- Proven operational professional in the medical manufacturing sector with strong leadership, change management, and cross-functional skills.
- Responsible for achieving company Business Objectives: Increase sales turnover, improve customer experience, enhance stock efficiencies, and ensure financial control.
- Manage and lead operational employees, overseeing goal setting, performance reviews, recruitment, and team development.
- Analyse stock safety levels, optimize stock efficiencies, and oversee demand planning.
- Monitor operational expenditure, focusing on building a high-performing team and improving operational effectiveness.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets, managing the order-to-delivery lifecycle.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the market, value chain, applications, systems, and processes.
- Utilise SAP for business reporting, trend analysis, and demand planning.
- Manage the effective use of company systems for record, process, and customer relationship management.
- Project manage multiple detail-oriented projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety policies and actively participate in team efforts to achieve goals.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.
- Manage service/repair department re-design, workflow optimization, and order-to-delivery time reduction.
- Negotiate with and manage suppliers, challenge the status quo, and facilitate improvements.
- Other Key Responsibilities: Lead HR processes and onboarding of new employees.

- 3-5 years of operational leadership experience in the medical manufacturing sector.
- Success in improving operational efficiencies and managing order-to-delivery time.
- Familiarity with SAP and project management.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
