Operations Manager

We are currently seeking a Operations Manager who can demonstrate achievement of the company's goals. You must have experience in the area of business operations. This is an opportunity for long-term growth with us, with company benefits to consider.

You would be responsible for performing the following tasks daily and managing the project on an ongoing basis. Initially, you and your internal office team would be required to recruit trainee windshield repair technicians in various locations throughout the United Kingdom. These applicants may lack the necessary skill sets, but you can arrange in-house training with our external windshield repair technicians on-site.

After training has been completed, you will be responsible for planning their working locations, arranging bookings with concession agents or directly with the stores, and ensuring that all invoices have been paid via liaising with the accounts department

Once you have secured a strong team/teams across all working locations, you will be responsible for the daily management of these technicians, but primarily via telephone, as they will occasionally call you to query a matter whilst on site with a customer.

There are additional modules of this role that would be part of your day-to-day responsibilities, but we will discuss these in person when we invite you to our initial meeting.
