We are recruiting on the behalf of a well established catering compnay who are based in Gloucestershire. We are looking for an Operations Manager to ensure the seamless running of operations at our multiple sites, school contracts and event venues.
As part of your role, you will manage staff based across multiple sites, and ensure that the high standards the company expects are maintained.
The ideal candidate will have management experience, catering experience would be beneficial but not essential.
The Role will include but not be limited to…
- Hands on operational Management ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Working with the Events Team to ensure smooth running of all Events.
- Liaising with Chefs, Centre Managers and Front of House staff.
- Helping to train permanent and casual staff.
- Organising, briefing, leading and motivating the team.
- Ensuring health and safety regulations are strictly observed.
- Monitoring the quality of the product and service provided.
- Must display on the job Critical thinking and problem-solving.
- Willingness to cover shifts across all sites.
- Building strong relationships with our clients
- The ability to promote and sell our products.
- Can do flexible attitude, a problem solver not a problem maker.
40 hours per week, weekend work is required but can be rotated - 5 out of 7 days.
