Reporting to the Managing Partner
This position provides day-to-day management and, working alongside the Group Finance Manager, provides oversight of the organisation’s patient facing, clinical, financial and personnel operations. Assisting the managing partner and other partners and practice managers with implementation of the organisation’s business plan, development programme and delivery of key performance targets.
To provide direct oversight of the development of Inspire Healthcare and ensure effective services are provided to Inspire Healthcare and also an involving working environment for the Inspire Healthcare staff To reinforce constructive and professional relationships with local and regional healthcare partners, quality regulators, suppliers and those with which the organisation partners and/or sub-contracts with, for the provision of high-quality health care services.
