Location: Northampton
Type: Full Time, Permanent
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 + Package.
Join an established specialist in the Modular market of over 50 years, providing the most modern temporary turnkey temporary building solutions, they're eager to bring on an energetic, personable, and driven Operations Manager to lead the charge out of the Northampton depot, fostering a high performing culture to meet business and client standards/needs.
Operations Manager Responsibilities
• Responsible for scheduling, coordinating and supervising the work of the workshop team.
• Ensure materials are readily available, and equipment remains serviceable.
• Maintain a high performing team through effective recruitment, training and communication practises, whilst ensuring everyone is kept safe and well.
• Ensure buildings are maintained to the highest standard and made ready for delivery to customers on time and within budget.
Required Skills & Experience:
• Experience leading teams in high paced environments
• Background in temporary building (advantageous)
• Knowledge of Traditional/Modular Construction (advantageous)
• Highly adaptable to changing priorities and able to solve problems as they arise, such as manufacturing, fabrication or property maintenance.
