We are currently working with a management company that specializes in block management. That requires a new senior, Operations Manager, to join their team due to business growth.
Role Description, Operations Manager, Block Management
This is a full-time remote role for an Operations Manager. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business, managing budgets, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The Operations Manager will also be responsible for managing a team of Block Property Managers and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications, Operations Manager, Block Management
- Team Management preferable
- A minimum of 5 years in block management
- Be IRPM or/and RICS qualified
- Experience developing and implementing policies and procedures
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Salary, Operations Manager, Block Management
£45k to £55k depending on experience
