Operations Manager

A pioneering start-up within the aviation industry is seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to join their team on a permanent 
basis.

Based in the City of London, the Operations Manager will be responsible for driving excellence and contributing to the organisation's growth and success in this fast-paced industry.  Key responsibilities of the Operations Manager are collaboration with the CEO, COO and Finance Manager to ensure smooth operations, partnering with the CEO on large projects, managing on-call rota among brokers, ensuring execution of tasks by senior management and fostering a culture of excellence and efficiency within the organisation.

Skills/Experience Required:

• Minimum 5 years' experience working in similar role(s)
