We are thrilled to be supporting a healthcare-related not for profit based in Battersea, to recruit their new Operations Manager.
This Society provides education, training and research to support healthcare professionals and improve patient care.
This is a full time, hybrid role. Working Monday and Wednesday in the office and the remaining three days from home.
Line managing a team of three, you will provide executive support to the senior leadership team, CEO and secretariat support to sub-committees.
Responsibilities include:
* Providing effective leadership and support to your team of three.
* Governance administration, relating to charity commission and companies house.
* Ensure smooth running of operations and facilities of office.
* Management of the annual Awards programme and election process for honorary officers.
* Review and update of JD's and policies.

- Line management experience.
- Minute taking and exec support skills.
- Some HR/Finance experience is desirable.
