Operations Manager | Boutique Fashion Brand | London (hybrid)
Harmonic are delighted to be working alongside a luxury Fashion Brand in their search for an ambitious and driven Operations Manager.
Our client are a household name within their niche, and are currently experiencing a period of high growth, mainly fuelled from international expansion, with non-UK sales accounting for over half of revenue, and growth of their ecommerce channels, now accounting for over 80% of sales. Their ambitions have far from halted, with plans to expand into 5 new markets by the end of 2025.
Despite their growth, they have maintained their close-knit feel, and considering working culture is very important to our client, this role would best suit someone who can combine working in a fast-paced working environment with a positive and outgoing approach.
Reporting into the Operations Director, you will have the ability to shape the operations function from day one, with the opportunity to progress further as you continue to contribute to the business' success.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining 3PL relationships and identifying areas for improvement
- Overseeing inventory levels to improve operational efficiency
- Ensure operational readiness for ecommerce planning
- Reporting to the board on KPIs
- Managing issues in line with operational SLAs
- Promote and evaluate new processes
- Overseeing client and customer queries
- Mentoring an Operations Assistant
- Partnering with the design and ecommerce teams
Essential qualities
- Background in ecommerce operations
- 2 years in a managerial/supervisory capacity in operations
- Experience managing 3PL relationships and procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Excel abilities
- Ability to travel internationally to the USA and Europe with no restrictions
Desirable qualities
- Background in luxury fashion
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000
Start date: ASAP (2 months maximum notice period)
Location: Central London (3 days in the office)
