SalaryOn behalf of a Global Wellness Brand based in Notting Hill, we are looking for an experienced Operations
Manager to join the team.
The brand owns variety of properties, the management of which will fall under your care, and they plan to
open a restaurant soon too. You will assist in the delivery this project along with organising wellness
retreats throughout the year so experience within a similar industry would be highly beneficial.
Overall, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of the company from leading, motivating, and
support a large team including hiring and onboarding new starters, managing budgets and financial
forecasting, brand awareness/partnerships and business development etc.
It is a really fun, warm and buzzy environment so we are looking for a candidate with a similar energy to
join the expanding team!

To be considered for this role you must;
· Have 8+ years of management experience working as a Operations Manager in a wellness
industry
· Have excellent contactable references
· Be fluent in English Language
· Be eligible to work within the UK
· Have a valid passport
Days: Monday - Friday
Contract: Permanent
Location: Notting Hill, West London
Salary: £60,000 - £90,000
