Operations Manager - Luxury Residential

Operations Manager - London (west)- £60k - £70k - 25 days annual leave - Mon - Fri
An ultra prestigious new development due to open later this year, is looking for an Operations Manager to deliver 5 star service and standards; managing the facilities, concierge and support teams, whilst providing a high level contact for all residents.
The ideal candidate will have an excellent track record of building, managing and maintaining relationships within a premium 5* setting. You will be a problem solver with a desire to deliver the best service. The ideal candidate will have mobilisation experience and come from a 5* hotel, another Luxury Residential development or another environment famed for it's high level customer service. You must be a team motivator, with lots of proven experience managing expectations of HWNI.

This is a predominately Monday - Friday position but some weekend work would be required, especially during the mobilisation period
You Must Have:
* Experience of working as Manager in a leading organisation that is renowned for 5* customer service
* Strong communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients/guests/residents
* Track record of managing maintenance, housekeeping and facility issues
* Knowledge and proven capability of all HR processes
