We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager who has the ability to manage and think proactively improve operations (Fully remote UK).
The Role

To help maintain and grow this standard, we’re seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our Operations team. The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind and proven success in managing multiple departments for maximum productivity. This person will be highly skilled in human resources, people management, process improvement, conveyancing and be able to develop and maintain an environment of trust, diversity, and inclusion within the operations team.
Operations Manager Objectives
In conveyancing no two days are the same and that is especially true for our Operations team. We work wherever we are needed, and the successful candidate will need to be able to pick up any task, even ones they are unfamiliar with and see that task through to completion.
- Maintain constant communication with partners, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the company
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols
- Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the company’s internal capacity
- Ensure that operational activities remain on time and within budget
- Track staffing requirements, hiring new employees as needed
- Provide leadership to develop business plans and promote organisational vision
- Writing of policies and procedures for use by all staff within the firm.
- Implement and improve infrastructure due to growth of firm.
- Training and mentoring of staff at all levels.
- Streamlining operations to consistently deliver on targets.
- Work closely with external contracts (e.g. Customer Service Manager and Development Team) of our two Case Management System to implement improvements.
- Technical Support to staff across all offices.
- buy, shared ownership, newbuilds, staircasing, transfer of equity matters.
- Implementation of compliance reports.
