SalaryOh My Dog! is currently offering an exciting opportunity to join us as an Operations Manager, focusing on our fixed sites and pop-ups. We are looking for someone to manage our prime location sites, nurture the huge potential we know is there and help us push them to the next level.
As our Operations Manager you’ll be the driving force behind all operational activities across our unique sites with full responsibility for the day to day operations. You’ll make sure that all business objectives are met efficiently and effectively, setting and achieving commercial targets, as well as growing and developing the sites and service to the full potential through performance management.

Our ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience of multisite management
- Previous start up experience
- Proven project management experience
- Great organisational skills
- Great eye for detail and strong customer service skills
- Managed teams of 5-20 in a hospitality environment
- Previous experience in a similar fast paced, high-quality food concept
- Strong people management skills

The nice stuff:
- You'll start on a salary of between £42,000 to £45,000
- A realistic performance-based 10% bonus
