We are recruiting for an Operations Manager to work for our client in the Automotive industry. As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the overall efficient and effective delivery of the service centre's daily operations.
Duties include:
· Ensuring the key performance requirements are met for each contract the company holds
· Co-ordinating smaller teams, within the operations environment on a weekly basis
· Overseeing HR management of the operations team (including disciplinaries, sickness and performance)
· Prepare and monitor the annual budgets, scheduling expenditures, analysing variance and initiating corrective actions
· Develop operations policies by evaluating and enforcing policies for products and inventory receipts
· Reviewing and approving operational invoices
· Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations
To be a successful candidate for the Operations Manager role, you will have:
- Motor trade experience (essential)
- Ability to work in a fast paced, multi-faceted environment with several revenue streams
- Experience with statistical analysis and data processing
- Practical knowledge of budgeting, cash-flow regulation, maintaining balance sheets and monitoring the profit and loss statements
- Ability to create a good plan and determination to accomplish goals
- Good leadership qualities with the ability to provide direction
The working hours for the role are Monday - Friday 08:00-18:00 and the salary is around £45,000 per annum. Please apply for the role to hear more!
